Meta4mat is currently searching for the right person to fill the critical role of relationship building. Our experience suggests that companies do not do business with companies, rather people do business with people, people they trust, and they only trust people they feel they know…hence, relationships. Meta4mat is proud to have built lasting business relationships with some of the most discerning people, employed by some of the most dynamic companies, all over the Midwest. And since we draw all our satisfaction from pleasing our customers, it is only natural that we would want to develop more lasting relationships. That is where you come in. We are looking for that right person to take the Meta4mat message to a broader base of soon-to-be loyalists.

Above all else, you must like people, especially creative people and you must be creative in your approach to engaging the creative process. That sounds like a lot of emphasis on creativity but it’s truly essential. What we do is dynamic. Plans are often more akin to incubating ideas. Desired results can be fluid at times. You must be able to move in the direction of a great idea, sometimes without concrete parameters, and then add value along the way. That is what we get paid to do – to participate in the creative process. Now, there are also budgets, and limited resources, and a need for detailed specifics because what we do is precise and requires engineering and critical execution, but we already have that covered. We need you to cultivate relationships and be energized by the process of building custom environments alongside some incredibly talented and demanding customers.

What you know is not as important as your ability to learn. It would be helpful if you have had design or marketing experience. Great if you have participated in exhibit or event planning. Trade show experience would go a long way during the learning curve. Have you ever made anything with your own hands? Project management and traditional sales experience would be foundational, especially when fueled by a competitive spirit and a desire to deliver on promises.
